Nelson, check this out > http://www.thewarandpeaceshow.com its the 25th anniversary of the largest military vehicle spectacular in the world (or so they say) The War & Peace show 18 - 22 july 07. Im hoping to get a close up veiw of a M422 Mitey Mite and see what its all about. Very short notice, but if you can get a late flight to Gatwick I can sort out the transport,, camping on site :drinking:

Well I never saw an M422,, but it was such a big show, reckon I never saw all of it. By far the best show I've ever been to, loads dressed in 1940s civilian & allied uniform,, Big Bands, music, dancing, comedians etc,, I took mum (ex land army girl) & dad (ex army boy) both loved it,,, was even a Spitfire fly over

Looking forward to the 08 event,,, see if I can fool em with the Veep
