Help with finding the history of my Manx

Hi Guys I need some West coast help on finding the history of my Manx. I have gotten a way back but stalled here. here's what i found. I am in NY I bought it from a guy in NJ (2007) who bought from a guy in Iowa (2006) he did some mods to it new motor trany built the ugly dash and removed half the cage. He bought it from a guy in Missouri he built the custom frame and did a toltal restoration in the early to mid 80's he owned it for 10 years. he bought the project for a guy a few towns over from him and he bought it from a guy in Arkansas this guy lived in CA and when he moved to Arkansas is brought the buggy with him. His Name is Frankie Oehring does this name ring any bells to anyone I know he has passed on but hoping there is still a trail.I am thinking he might be the first builder of it because timeing seems to be right. That is as far back i have gotten so far. If anyone has any info please let me know. Ron
