Wheelie Bars

In general are wheelie bars ilegal on street cars? I have been looking on line to try and find vehicle mod. laws or my state and I cant come up with crap. I have seen cars with wheelie bars before. Just didnt know if anyone might have some insight. I know that every state is going to be diferent. I just wanted to get an "across the board" idea o things. thanks

I think just about anything goes in Florida.

I used to run them on my street driven, blown big block Nova and the cops never bothered me until I actually used them on street

They just don't have a sense of humor.

I've been pulled over with my wheelie bars on before, and they never said anything about em. But they do stick out WAY farther than most pro street style cars with wheelie bars. I actually have to stand behind my buggy at shows for a while so no one trips on the bars, and goes to grab the hot exhaust! Almost happened a few times! Later Jay
