Building a surfboard rack

has anyone ventured down this path before? I have a long board, the standard roll bar i have put a lil foam on it and can cord it down, but how can i make a holder for the front window? anyone have any ideas? Thanks Lemmon

call Bill at B&K manufacturing. Hes a club sponsor and in the lastest issue of the Mania. I was just there this morning and I know he has some windshield clamps that you could build a rack on.

Dennis Long, AKA dennis and cathy, built one for his teal buggy using square tubing and the B&K windshield clamps. Worked great.

You got a number I can get a hold of him? there gonna be some welding involved, right? so all I need are some window clamps? tight, thanks lemmon

I hope to do an article on building the rack for a future newsletter you can email me takes longer to gather the materials, only takes about 10 mintues to basicaly build it no welding required.
