That configuration is for rear brakes only. I have a dual master for my brakes and a single for my clutch and the gas is self standing. I dont have a tunnel pan anymore though, plenty of room except I have to remind my passenger to keep their foot off the gas. With a tunnel you should use hanging pedals, but even that requires a roll cage to attach them to.
