Manx2 tag

I found this body advertised on Craigslist. Image It appears to be a Manx2, one piece hood/dash, no battery or tire well, and has a B.F. Meyers & Company tag with the number 1(?)259 stamped on it. I thought the tags also had a date a color code included. Did the company change numbering system during the Manx2 run? It looks like it was an orange gelcoat, with at least 2 repaints, but very few signs of fiberglass damage. Just what I need, another project!
