I wanted to try my hand at changing the swing axle in the tow'd to irs. With some scarp fence metal and a swing axle cover I made this simple jig.

That is a nice simple jig.  If I can add something to this - when welding in the inboard supports, you can change the rear wheel camber that the car will have when it is all together.  If you want a lowered car without too much negative camber, raise the inboard bolt by 1/2  - 3/4".  I had this done to my car and it works.  I assume that if you lower the bolt by 1/2 - 3/4", it would reduce the positive camber on a raised car, but I haven't tried that, so you are on your own.  Tom
