The (VW) Classic is happening Sunday June 9, 2013.
Bruce and Winnie have an area where club members can park together and socialize.
I enjoy going to this show.  There are so many different kinds of VW's including the oddball ones.
Swap meet keeps getting larger each year.  Many buggy parts for sale.
Yes it in a parking lot, but with this many cars it not easy finding places and besides most years weather is great, it high fog in the mornings and warm in the afternoon.
Last year I drove the Manxter DS to attend (approx 450miles one way) and had fun all weekend.
There is also on Friday's show at Nick's. Want to see 48IDA, it is only place you can see that many at one time.
Saturday afternoon there is the Toy Show at the host hotel.  Never know what kind of buggy toys you can find there unless you come to it.
And there is Breakfast with Bruce & Winnie Meyers Saturday morning near Valley Center (a little outside of Escondido) if you want to take a little drive further south.

Jay,
Anytime you want to show up to park has always worked in the past. Buggies seem to come and go during the day. Harry will have his Pepper Tree buggy there and Rivets may be there too. I plan showing up when the gate opens to help with the Manx setup.
Bruce is bringing the yellow street Manxter for display.
I am hoping for a really good turnout.
