deciphering Manx serial numbers

OK one of our family' s Manx's have returned. Can't find the article to break down the serial number. A0268C020E. Can someone help. Nelson you out there?
A = Manx 2
0268 = Number In Production
C = Month = March
0 = Year of Production = 1970
20E = Color = Emerald Green Metalflake
