2020 Manx build for sale - Need information!!

Hello all! I've just signed up for this forum because I'm trying to help someone sell his dune buggy build. I spoke to Dave Kubel who suggested I make a post here to get an idea of the value of this build. Dave sold the 1974 chassis to the dune buggy to the gentleman who built the car with his son as a COVID bonding project BUT the body is not an original Manx. It was built by Acme in PA.

So, I'd like to know if anyone on here is interested but also what you think it's worth! It cost the owner nearly $40k to build and the thing shows only 23 miles driven. There's no dirt or mud or sand anywhere underneath so I doubt it's ever been off the pavement. Here is the description I wrote for the online listing that includes some more information.

This is a STREET LEGAL Meyers Manx chassis dune buggy with an Acme body. Based on 1974 VW Beetle. Basically brand new and completed only two years ago.

It has the following:
- Meyers Manx David Barrett built chassis
- Subaru 2.5L by Outfront Motorsports
- Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator
- Downdraft cooling fans
- Strengthened VW Transmission
- Porsche 930 rear axle shafts & CV joints
- Fuchs wheels
- CB Sport disc brakes
- Fox shocks
- TRW Steering box

Do you see the photo with the Mishimoto and Fox labels? That's the radiator. Behind the seats, in front of the engine and rear wheels. Basically under the luggage area.
