Motor is in and running pretty good. Still no exhaust but jetting real close. Trans needs to go back will not shift into 2nd. Trans guy being real good so far. Also going to make it a frywayflyer style. Turns out the used one I set car up with was one. So as wheater turns to cold I can take apart and paint.

Great looking buggy. How tall is that windscreen? I've got one at 12 inches and yours look a whole lot lower.

10" I want to raise it but lost the pieces I cut out. I do think 12" is better let's see yours?

New carbs 48idf,new Berg manifolds and new linkage. After 3 tries I like this setup best. Kadrons were not good for me. The 48idf on the type3's was ok but I had modified Kadron linkage and I could here gas gurgling when hot.

It is way happier with correct size exhaust. It was choked off with 1.375 ID tubing and 1.5 ports.
