Here are a few of my pics from this weekend. Had a fantastic time. LOTS of buggies, great food and Bruce's birthday celebration Sat. nite. Great runs. Thanks to all who put it on. Looking forward to next year, if you didn't go this time, make sure you get there next year, you won't regret it.

Stewart, that is a great picture of you in your buggy. The weather was perfect and the company was great. You'll find a number of Calico pictures here. http://rbcdunebuggy.yuku.com/topic/2625

Because of the amount of photos to peruse, it was easier for me to post them on RBC like Ed says!

Great pics! Brings me back to when Mel and Dale and I pre-ran the area a while back. Now I have to just live vicariously through your pics. I'll have to go out and work on the buggy today for my buggy fix. Maybe I can get it up and running in a month or so (between projects on the house remodel...).

Great run Joe! You did an amazing job putting all this together. We had a wonderful time and winning the Felix award was a real surprise. I'm sorry we weren't there to accept it at the end of day 2. Thank you so much for mailing it!

I really think that putting the sat night Potluck/group feed bag back in to the mix is a catalyst that had been missing. Winnie used to have a Sat night feed and it was a great bonding agent for the group, but has the group got bigger the Sat night party went by the way side and people starting going their own way I think that after Lone pine when they brought it back, it proved that it was that one bonding element that was missing. it's nice having everyone "breaking bread" together and sharing stories once again Gene C #729

Yeah your right Gene, bringing the group together for dinner is the glue that keeps the club together. Speaking of Saturday night dinner, we will be having another one in Big Bear at B,s Backyard BBQ right on the lake. The menu is BBQ pork and chicken with all the sides. Hope to see you in BB
