MEL and DAVE Nice one for posting pictures of Ashley's sidewinder. I was fortunate enough to have a good look round it when my mate delivered his engine. He's done a really good job on it. Reckon he will have a few people worried at the shows when they dish out the trophys!
Didn't want to bring this thread back but thought I would let people who might care. 3/4 plywood is way over kill. I had an extra piece in the garage so decided to cut it out and use it. Now the fiberglass is the weak part. 1/2 would be better and 3/8 should be fine.
