This post should really be in the Manx Club Calendar section, since this area is suppose to be telling about the adventure as it is happening or after it happen.

Well the Cool Country Nights was a great time. Bruce and Winnie were there and 70 entries. This event was held in a cow pasture with zero facilities. So we brought in some porta potties and generators. For those who didnt want to dry camp, they stayed in Minden at the Carson Valley Inn. Last count was 20 rvs and tent campers. We all had a great Saturday cruising aroun Lake Tahoe and Truckee while the offroad group spent the day exploring the Pine Nut Mountians. Boy, did they get dirty. That group had 20 buggies. The medium group had 31 buggies that drove completely around Lake Tahoe and up thru Truckee, Ca to the now closed train tunnels. What bad timing. I just preran the tunnels 2 weeks ago and there was NO gate there! Oh well, we got to see some beautiful country. GPS said we drove 152 miles.
The street group drove over to Virginia City via a short loop around Lake Tahoe. They had 10 buggies in that group.
I really want to thank everybody for supporting the Manx Club this year. We had a great year in Lone Pine, Big Bear and Lake Tahoe/Minden,Nv. We have one more and that will be over on the east coast. Manx On the Banx. Anybody up for a road trip.
I did want to mention that we had the Iacobonis from Connecticut, Joe Spittler from Woodstock,Ill, Bill Loftin from Colorado, and really nice family from Nampa, Idaho.
The only complaint we had was from the lady who lived across the road. Oh well, from what I hear, she hasnt been the best neighbor anyway..
Thanks again everybody and post some pictures!
Here is the ranch before the event started.
Sitting here waiting. Where is everybody?
Heres the crowd!
Lotsof people!

Another great event thanks to Bob Hunter, the Jubilee Ranch, and ESPECIALLY Bob and Anita Kornoff. Thank you Bob and Anita for opening your amazing compound for the Saturday night dinner. And, thank you Anita for the days you spent setting up the tables, and baking all those desserts! Amazing food and even better company.
Here's a drive by showing the folks that went on the Snow Tunnel run:

Great event! Thanks Bob Hunter, Anita and Bob Kornoff and the Jubillee Ranch. Thanks also to Mark Gruenke and Jason for giving Lori Ann and I seats for the Tunnel run after I hurt the engine in our buggy on friday. We spent the weekend connecting with allot of wonderful club members from ALL over.
