Tonight we party instead of prepping race vehicle's. WOW what a ride! Thank you Lori Ann Anderson Dario for allowing me to be a part of this.

The cars have been completely serviced and prepped for the drive home. We drove them to the race, we will now drive them home. All the others racers have put there's on the trailer for transport, that just wouldn't be our style! drive it!/ race it!/ drive it home!
We may have gotten a 1st place trophy and our teammate's got 2nd, we were the only 2 in the class, the real accomplishment was surviving until the end, to finish in 48th & 54th out of 80 entries is the real measure. This was so challenging on machine and person that it's hard to explain. Many a competitor have been unsuccessful in this arena, just look at the list of withdrawal's. We were fortunate enough to be able to get to the end.vincent9993 wrote:Official results are in.

There's no questions about it Mike! Your accomplishment is monumental! The fact you're driving the race cars back is fantastic and I agree, that's the only way to do it. I can see the headline now: Manx Club races at the Baja 3000!manxvair wrote:We may have gotten a 1st place trophy and our teammate's got 2nd, we were the only 2 in the class, the real accomplishment was surviving until the end, to finish in 48th & 54th out of 80 entries is the real measure.
