More information on 1968 Meyers Manx 1

I am hoping to get more information on my 1968 Meyers Manx 1. It did not come with a tag and serial number. My registry lists it as a "no tag." I am wondering what a "no tag" means and when it was made/sold. Also when were Manx 1s made/sold and out of which location? One more question, what does the Manx registry number mean? If it is a low number say in the 200s does that mean it is older or that is random? The previous owner did not give very much information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
