Gas fumes.
New problem, Remember that this is the worlds longest Manx build. Got in the Manx and have a strong smell of gas. No visible leaks, so I found the gas tank vent tube and I hope that is where the fumes are coming. It seems that there is a trap door in the tube, I guess for a rollover.but fumes must s...

Do you use a master fuse or fuseable link
I am done with the wiring, but didn't install the 50 amp master fuse yet. Do I need it? I know it for a catastrophic short, but I am having a hard time finding a good spot to place one, plus I don't like my options.
Thanks

Dual Solex 34 installed in a Siggy Manx?
We are finally getting our engine built. The builder wants to use CB performance Solex dual 34 kit with the electric choke. His question and mine is will this carb kit fit under a Siggy Manx? If it matters we will also be using the sidewinder exhaust. Anyone else using this kit?
Thanks

Watson vs rebel wiring kit?
It looks like both kits are good. Can anyone post pictures of either the rebel or watson fuse panel in their buggy. And let me know any plus or negatives of either of these kits.
Thanks

Re: What Duel manifols fit stock Manx2?
This is the answer I got from Pat Downs at CB performance. I can use our type-3 manifold, it is extremely short. It requires the use of a bell crank style linkage instead of the cross bar type. other wise, you will need to remove the manifold/carb assembly to install the engine. Yes, I have built hu...

Where are all the Manxters ??
Here is Manxter #59 Magma Orange. Its been a while since I have worked on it but back to work now. I had a job that didn't give me much free time to get in there. Just hope to finish this year. http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t150/eurekagary/manxtergarage.jpg http://i159.photobucket.com/albu...
