So if you add that stuff in then it becomes an astonomical figure that I do not ne...

Maybe the popularity has dropped off due to poor workmanship and the ultra high cost of repairs to the new beetle. We purchased a new turbo beetle in 2001 and it has had more troubles than any other car I have ever owned. Check engine light has been on 28 times in 59,000 miles and the third break li...

Neal I am not sure which measurement you are looking for. The measurement from the tops edge to the zipper is about 1.5" . The opening from the top to the body is 19" in the front and 17" at the back before it makes the turn down to the body. The bottom flap which snaps is about 5&quo...

Bill I have the same bumper from J.C. Whitney. The bolt holes are about 2" center to center and the length is about 26.5". Mine is on a ball joint front end and I had to make some slight modifications to allow it to fit around the grease fittings. I mounted it with the bolt holes between t...

Bud We did use the other side curtains as a pattern but we didn't make them zip down while they are on. The side curtains on my first manx back in the 70's didn't zip down all the way so I didn't make these. I did use pictures of that top and all your pictures of yours and combined them to come up w...
