Re: Manxter 2+2 EJ255 2.5lt DOHC Turbo
There have been a few EJ255 Manxters so you'll be able to draw from experienced owners for sure. We shoehorned an FA20T (from a 2015 WRX) in the back of our Manxter with the same 5SP from Subarugears that Mike (Manxvair) mentioned in the previous reply. It was a very tight fit... You'll want to rese...

Re: Manx subaru build vs VW costs
I think you'll find the cost of going Subaru can vary widely based on the build. Depending on the engine route (Salvage older car, built/turnkey motor or newer CANBUS motor). Then there's the frame, (tube chassis vs VW pan). Are we talking about just an engine swap or a full Subaru drive train? I fi...

Re: texas dune buggy group
Quick update from Faron Smith: Faron from Save the Texas Dune Buggy Here. Today was a HUGE Success, for many reasons. But the number one reason is because the Board decided to Table the Proposed Rule changes. The Board now realizes that this is a sizable issue, and it has got to be addressed. This l...

Re: Gallery gone?
Hi Lagan, are you referring to the gallery that was hosted on Yuku? When we migrated from Yuku to phpBB, we tried to import as much as we could but the Yuku service makes it extremely difficult to extract data from. We did not shut down the old Yuku forum and you 'may' be able to download your photo...

Re: ECVNORRA 2018
As much as Facebook can be a nasty animal, it really is the only thing we have time to do during the crazy schedule and racing. Posting in real time on the forum is just too time consuming to do in real time. We will add some pictures and details over the next few weeks/months. Sent from my iPhone u...

Re: 2018 NORRA Mexican 1000
We will have a trailer with us for worst case. Driving the buggy from West Virginia to SoCal, then race, then drive back home would be a bad decision without a potential backup. We will also have a full truck, but you can strap your spare wheels and fuel to our trailer. It will be hitting all the s...

If you have (or are planning to use) Spot trackers, please contact me and we’ll get you added to the tracking app/service team BNR has created to provide backup tracking service to the RaceTrax provided by NORRA.

Re: 2018 NORRA Mexican 1000
Team BNR 1356 will be running LeadNav and I’m hoping to have a custom Google map overlay @ 18x created once the course is announced. If you are running LeadNav hit up team BNR for an AirDrop of the overlay. Plan to have about 2gb of free space on your iPad for the overlay. Sure beats having to manua...

Re: This is hardest forum to get on?
Good morning Jim, I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing the forum. I can help you with this. When we converted to from the old forum, we had to manually re-create all the users and the old forum did not allow extraction of email addresses which causes a problem for people to self reset their pas...
