Are we going to have any sort of early sign up so we know how many people to expect (and how many t-shirts to order)? Or should I just order a set number?

Out here, we're still at least two months away from where I consider dewinterizing my buggy.  It's always right about this time that I start spending a lot of quality time in the garage working on her.  For me it's like foreplay!

As for the road run it takes about an hour and a half to get from Nags Head to the ferry docks.  In the off season they run on the hour with a 30 car capacity and the trip to Ocracoke is about 40 minutes.
