RX-7 OIL COOLER LINES

I have a late model rx7 oil cooler that I want to run on the manxter. I found it a few years ago and don't remember which line was the input and output. Any ideas?  Also is there any way to change the bango fittings to something I could run 1/2 inch oil line to.Thanks  Doran

Thing drums

I have thing rear drums on the manxter. They are bolt on. The drums are not larger in diameter but wider. What they end up giving you is a wider stance meaning it moves the surface to where the rims are bolted to out further. The brake pads are actually the same as the irs bug ones. It's a great way...

Pismo Beach Hotel

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Its a little further from the dunes (grover beach), but the rooms are remodeled and clean. The parking lot is small so its easy to keep an eye on the buggy.  We liked it and would stay there again the next time we want to go to pismo. Doran

My new Sportster!

Bob,You know I saw that buggy early Oct when we were headed up to Idaho for our annual hunting trip. My father wouldn't stop the truck for us to take a look at it. I guess he was worried that I would want to bring it home. I am glad you got it. Any more details on your new project?

Greg We have the top and side curtains and they are great. They sure make winter buggy runs enjoyable.

Santa Paula Christmas Parade

We also had a great time. What a great way to spend the day. As we pulled into the driveway it started to rain, so I didn't have to hear how we should have brought rain coats LOL. Thank you Lynn and Connie for everything. Jen has been trying to get me to paint the shocks on the tow'd pink also. I ju...

long clutch arm

Last weekend there was a vw show in ventura and were a few buggys there. 4 of them had plenty of clearance for the long arm, but one of them didn't. None were original manxs and none of them had  a body lift. So I guess it comes down  checking under each buggy to see if there is enough room or not D...

long clutch arm

I checked under the manxter there is about an inch clearance between the rear body area and the long clutch arm. I run a 002 bus trans tilted up 10 degrees. I will have to ask my father to check under his manx to see how much clearance he has. I guess if you were to have a body lift there shouldn't ...
