Everything looks great. I noticed there was not a ground wire to the fuel sender, I had to run one from one of the screws because my tank isn't grounded anywhere else.

I agree that you should be fine at Big Bear. I am planning on going higher at Ouray/Silverton later this year and got this info from the guys on the RBC site.

So how much is registration? It will be my wife and I, does the $30 cover both of us or is it $60 for the two of us?

That's an excellent example of a street buggy. We need more pictures of it.

I was getting a gas smell when the tank was full. Turned out the screws were leaking at the gas sending unit. I put an o-ring on each screw and it solved the problem. Also my vent line runs down to the front beam with a cheap plastic fuel filer on the end.
