Nope bead locks not needed as long as your rims ok ... BUT don't run that low pressure on the street u'll tear up tires... we've mounted an on board air pump for re inflating.

... let a little more air out of the tires. Dependent on the tires type, for trail riding, try front @ 8lbs, with 10 in the rear.
