Tim, I believe that the event is based on class. The class for the Manxter #00 and TOWD #166 is VMEYERS. They are the only vehicles in that class this year. Oops! Someone missed a turn around 5:30pm. At 6:14pm PDT it appears that both buggys have opted for the shorter highway route into Bay of LA.
