Thank you so much. I'm sure my husband has a copy of the Manx Mania (I never get to see it), and will check it out! I knew I could get answers on the forum. Thanks again! COnnie

Side Storage in Lieu of Pods

Has anyone "out there" built storage racks to mount where the side pods normally would mount? We're renovating our buggy and since we have molded in bucket seats in back, there isn't a lot of decent space to carry a gallon gas can or small cooler. Has anyone built these side mount storage ...

We'll be there - camping this time - just made our reservation at KOA. We used the Oak Tree Inn last year and it worked out fine. Don't know if Beezer's reno will be finished but, if not, we'll be doin' a street run in Aztec Fire. Looking forward to it - had a blast last year! Connie & Lynn Bree...

Contact Information Please

Does anyone have contact information for Bob Baumgartner? Or, Bob - if you're hanging out here, I'm trying to see if I can get a digital copy of the "Winners Circle" photo from that last newsletter. Thanks! Connie Breedlove Member 1634 Meyers Manx "Aztec Fire" Old Clone "Bee...

Christmas Parade

Our little town, Santa Paula, has a pretty good Christmas parade (in a cheesey kinda way). It is very well attended and always the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This year that would be November 28th. The theme this year is "A California Christmas". Now - what could be more "California&...

Thanks for the info and the great pictures. I see both of these buggies have sand tires, which we don't have. I think we'll try our first attempt in the sand at Pismo - it's a whole lot closer than Glamis, and has Moe's BBQ besides. :-) Not to mention the whole Thanksgiving weekend "thing"...

Glamis / Questions

Hey there! Has anyone been to Glamis and been able to find trails that are useable with a street-legal, no sand paddle tires, buggy? Our friends have invited us out during the holidays and it's far enough, that we'd hate to get there and find we can't use our buggy! Since they've never been there ei...

Thanks for the update. We won't be at Tanda, though we may leave our trailer there if possible, as there's not a lot of space at the cabin we're renting. If so, we will find a way to contribute so it doesn't put a burden on the club. Looking forward to it! Connie & Lynn Breedlove #1634

Hey, Bob - Thanks for the Q & A, but the $40 fee per entry raises a question. We (husband / wife) are one member but have two buggies we plan to bring - I'll drive one and my husband will drive the other. The form said $40.00 per member, but appears it may be $40 per buggy? If so, looks like I n...

Thank you, thank you for putting this on again! We had SUCH A BLAST at Tahoe last time! It's a long ways away for those of us from So Cal, but well worth the trip! Looking forward to it! See you in Big Bear next month! Connie & Lynn Breedlove Member #1634 Beezer & Jesus (HeySuus) - originall...
