The event will begin on Friday. Manx Club will be hosting a meet and greet in the lodge banquet
room with a No Host Bar and a Taco Bar. I would like everybody to be checked in by Friday evening
at the meet and greet. When you arrive, get checked in to your room or RV space and then check in
with me in the banquet room to receive your packet and t-shirts. You will be able to sign up for a
group then.

Schedule:
Saturday morning will start off with a Show and Shine in the parking lot north of the gas station.
Hopefully we can get it roped off Friday! I would ask everybody to park their trucks and trailers
down behind the motel buildings. Plenty of room! The only trailers that will be in the show and shine
will be the Manx Store and Manx Club trailers.

There will be three groups going out on Saturday morning.
Group # 1 will be led by Vic Wilson and will take a select group of 15 buggies thru the Deer Valley
Trail. This group of buggies will have ALL of the required equipment installed or you will be denied
participation. You will need a solid well-built buggy, good off road tires, skid plate, frre extinguisher,
first aid kit, working CB Radio, tow strap, Foam air pre filters, working E Brake. This trail is similar
to the Rubicon. Due to the location of this trail and the lodge this group might have to leave before
the show and shine. Be prepared to leave early! It's going to be a long day.

Group #2 will be led by Bob Hunter. This will be the largest group. You will go on top of mountains,
drive around abandon mines, drive some of California and Nevada prettiest highways and maybe
cross a few water crossings. Pack a lunch, cameras and have a full tank of gas.

Group #3 will be led by Paul McCain. This will be the street group. We plan on having another Poker
Rally with this group. You will either go to Lake Tahoe, Angel Lake, or Jackson, Ca. Just a lot of
beautiful Highway driving with a lunch stop along the way.

The Topaz Lodge will be offering a Special Seafood!Ribeye Dinner on Saturday evening in the
Buffet Room but you can potluck in the park if you want. Your dining options are up to you!
Sunday morning will start off with a "Kodak" moment down by the lake and end with the Awards
Presentation and raffle. We should be wrapped up by 12 noon to get you all on your way.
